  Return Conditions
  To initiate a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The original invoice must be included in the return shipment.
• Items should be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

  Return Review & Refund Process
  Once we receive your returned item(s), our Quality Assurance Team will inspect the product based on your complaint.
• If the issue is validated, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.
• If the inspection reveals that the issue was caused by customer misuse, damage, or incorrect usage, no refund or replacement will be issued.
  
  As a goodwill gesture, Dr. Talats will issue a gift coupon worth up to ₹100 to cover return shipping (self-shipped). This coupon can be redeemed only on www.drtalats.com.
