1. Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We deliver to almost every location across India using trusted courier partners. If your pin code is serviceable, you can place an order without any issues.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier operations.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can click on the link to track your package in real time.

Yes, we ship selected products internationally. Delivery time is typically 4–7 working days post-dispatch. Customs duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

7. What happens if I'm not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you can reach out to us for re-dispatch or refund options (shipping charges may apply again).
8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes. If it’s not available for your area, you’ll be notified at checkout.
